2. Clinical diagnosis

1. AFP is currently one of the most specific methods for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma. It plays a positive role in diagnosis, judging efficacy, estimating prognosis, and preventing recurrence. It is often used as an auxiliary examination for B-ultrasound and CT. When AFp>200ug/L, continues to rise for more than 2 months, and excludes pregnancy, active liver disease, gonadal embryonic tumors and other diseases, liver cancer can be diagnosed in combination with imaging examination results.

2. Patients with clear intrahepatic solid space-occupying lesions on imaging examinations, who can exclude hepatic hemangioma and metastatic liver cancer, and who meet one of the following conditions:

1. AFp>20ng/ml

2. Typical imaging manifestations of primary liver cancer

3. No jaundice but significant increase in AKp or r-GT

4. There are clear metastatic lesions at a distant site or bloody ascites or cancer cells are found in ascites

5. Cirrhosis with positive hepatitis B markers
