What are the clinical symptoms of liver cancer? Liver cancer patients should pay attention to three things in their diet

For liver cancer, if the patient has early-stage liver cancer, there will generally be no obvious symptoms. However, when it gradually develops and progresses to the middle and late stages, due to the continuous growth of the tumor, it invades the liver capsule, and severe pain will occur.

Liver cancer can be divided into two categories: primary and secondary. Primary liver malignant tumors originate from the epithelial or mesenchymal tissue of the liver, while secondary liver malignant tumors refer to diseases caused by malignant tumors originating from multiple organs of the body invading the liver. Once liver cancer occurs, it is necessary to go to the hospital for examination in time and receive symptomatic treatment under the guidance of a doctor. Treatment: For diseases such as liver cancer, the diagnosis can be confirmed through serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFp) determination, ultrasound examination, CT examination, and liver puncture needle aspiration cytology examination. Its treatment mainly includes surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and biological treatment.

1. Surgical treatment: Radical liver resection, palliative liver resection and other treatments can be used to relieve symptoms.

2. Chemotherapy. Embolic agents and anticancer drugs, such as iodized oil, can be injected through the femoral artery catheter for treatment.

3. Radiotherapy: Radiotherapy can be performed on patients in good general condition.

4. Biological therapy. This treatment method can be combined with chemotherapy for treatment, such as interferon, interleukin-2, thymosin, etc.

Liver cancer diet notes:

1. Patients must pay attention to food hygiene in their daily lives and refrain from eating moldy food, such as moldy steamed bread, so as not to affect the disease. 2. Patients must abstain from alcohol. Excessive drinking has an adverse effect on the liver, especially for liver cancer patients, who must resolutely stop drinking.

3. Patients should pay attention to rest, ensure sleep, and pay attention to keeping a happy mood and not getting angry often.
