What are the clinical indicators of liver cancer cure? There are three clinical indicators of liver cancer cure

To determine whether liver cancer is cured, the following three indicators are mainly used for judgment:

1. Changes in tumor size:

1. Partial remission of cancer: The product of the two largest perpendicular diameters of the tumor is reduced by more than 50% and lasts for more than one month;

2. Complete remission of cancer: The tumor disappears and lasts for more than one month;

3. Disease worsens: The product of the two largest diameters of the tumor does not increase by more than 25%.

4. Stable condition: The product of the two largest diameters of the tumor is reduced by less than 50%, and the increase does not exceed 25% and lasts for more than one month;

2. Effective survival period of patients:

The effective survival period after treatment is one of the criteria for measuring the efficacy of liver cancer treatment, and the length of the survival period can directly reflect the final effect of liver cancer treatment, that is, the longer the patient's survival period, the better the effect of liver cancer treatment.

3. Alpha-fetoprotein (AFp) test returns to normal:

Clinically, changes in AFp levels are often used as a criterion for measuring the effectiveness of liver cancer treatment. A decrease in AFp and its recovery to normal levels (0-25ug/L) is the basis for liver cancer cure.
