We all know the pain that liver cancer brings us, so how do we prevent liver cancer? What should we do to prevent it? What should we pay attention to in our daily lives? Let's take a look. So far, there is still a lack of a unified and fixed treatment plan that can be applied to all liver cancer patients, so the treatment of liver cancer should be individualized. In the treatment of each liver cancer patient, multiple disciplines such as surgery, imaging, interventional medicine, and oncology need to complement each other and organically combine. The choice of early treatment plan will greatly affect the prognosis of liver cancer patients. Therefore, early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment and prevention are particularly important. For men aged ≥35 years, those with hepatitis B virus (HBV) and/or hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, and those who are alcoholics, the examination is generally performed every 6 months. For those with AFp>400μg/L and no liver mass found by ultrasound examination, CT and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) should be performed after excluding pregnancy, active liver disease, and gonadal embryonic tumors. If AFp increases but does not reach the diagnostic level, in addition to excluding the above-mentioned conditions that may cause AFp increase, the dynamic changes of AFp should be closely tracked, the ultrasound examination interval should be shortened to 1-2 months, and CT and/or MRI examinations should be performed when necessary. If liver cancer is highly suspected, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) hepatic artery iodized oil contrast examination is recommended. Be highly vigilant against symptoms such as anorexia, fatigue, poor spirits, prolonged low fever, edema, and pain in the liver area to achieve early detection. Pay attention to the following points in daily life: 1Avoid emotional fluctuations, maintain an optimistic mental state, and try to avoid or reduce various stimulating activities that cause emotional fluctuations; 2. Avoid overwork: Excessive mental or physical labor can not only reduce the resistance of liver cancer patients, leading to the recurrence or metastasis of cancer, but also aggravate liver damage and lead to worsening of the disease. 3. Get rid of bad lifestyles or habits: avoid smoking and drinking, do not eat moldy food, eat less pickled meat products, etc.; 4. Regular life, daily living, outdoor activities, diet and nutrition, physical exercise; 5. Avoid infection with hepatitis B and hepatitis C. The prevention and treatment of liver cancer is a long and arduous task. The above are some of the ways we can prevent liver cancer. We should pay attention to our own life patterns and habits in our daily lives. No matter what kind of disease it is, we should pay attention to our diet, life patterns, and living habits. |
