In liver cancer patients, hepatitis B virus DNA has been found to be integrated into the DNA of liver cells. Therefore, blocking HBV infection is an important way to prevent primary liver cancer, and vaccination with hepatitis B vaccine is the most fundamental and effective measure to control hepatitis B.
