If the liver lesions show signs of activity or new liver metastases appear, hepatic artery interventional chemoembolization can be considered again; if interventional chemoembolization cannot be performed, local puncture and other treatment methods (physical, chemical ablation, radiotherapy, etc.) can be considered, and vigilance should be given to the occurrence of extrahepatic metastatic lesions; if local treatment is not suitable, systemic treatment can be considered.
