Due to the rapid industrial development, our environmental quality is declining and the air is seriously polluted. There will be smog weather. We rely on air to survive every day, so this has become a big problem for us. Lung cancer is no longer a rare disease. There are many pathological stages of lung cancer, and different pathological stages are also different. Therefore, the corresponding treatment methods are also different. The common clinical classification of lung cancer is squamous cell carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and alveolar cell carcinoma. So, what are the daily characteristics of these types, and how to prevent lung cancer? Let us learn about it together. Lung cancer classification: 1. Squamous cell carcinoma (also known as squamous cell carcinoma): It is the most common type of lung cancer, accounting for about 50%. Most patients are over 50 years old, and most are men. Most of them originate from larger bronchi and are often regarded as a central lung cancer. Although squamous cell carcinoma has different degrees of differentiation, it grows and develops slowly and has a long course of disease. It is more sensitive to radiation and chemotherapy. Lymph node metastasis and blood metastasis occur later. 2. Undifferentiated carcinoma: The incidence rate is only lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma. It is more common in men and occurs at a younger age. The center can be divided into oatmeal cells, small round cells and large cell types according to the morphological types of lung cancer cells, among which oatmeal cells are the most common. Undifferentiated carcinoma is highly malignant, grows rapidly, and has extensive lymphatic and blood metastasis. It is more sensitive to radiation and chemotherapy, and the prognosis is the worst among all types of lung cancer. 3. Adenocarcinoma: Originated from bronchial epithelial cells, a small number of which originate from the mucous glands of large bronchial epithelial cells. The incidence rate is lower than that of squamous cell carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma, the onset age is young, and it is relatively common in women. Most adenocarcinomas originate from a small bronchus, which is a peripheral type of lung cancer. There are generally no obvious clinical symptoms in the early stage, and it is often found in chest X-ray examination. It manifests as a round or oval tumor, and the growth is generally slow, but sometimes blood metastasis occurs early. Lymph node metastasis occurs later. 4. Alveolar cell carcinoma: Originated from bronchial epithelial cells, also known as bronchoalveolar cell carcinoma or lung adenocarcinoma. Located around the lungs, it has the lowest incidence among all types of lung cancer and is more common in women. Generally, the higher the degree of differentiation, the slower the growth rate. Cancer cells grow along the alveolar ducts and alveolar walls without invading the alveolar septa. Lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis occur later, but the bronchi spread to other lungs or pleural infiltration. There are two types of alveolar cell carcinoma in the form of nodular and diffuse types. The former may be a single or multiple nodules, and the latter is similar to pneumonia. For localized nodules, surgical resection has a better effect. Daily prevention: 1. Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) is known as the most ideal health food abroad and is one of the top ten internationally renowned foods. This product is rich in asparagus, asparagine, aspartic acid and a variety of steroids and other substances, and has a certain effect on symptoms such as high blood pressure, heart disease, fast heart rate, fatigue, edema, cystitis, and dysuria. 2. Including shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and Hericium erinaceus, which contain polysaccharides. In scientific experiments, polysaccharides have an "anti-cancer system", which can regulate the body's immune function, inhibit the growth of cancer cells, and reduce the performance of cancer patients. 3. Eggplant, sweet, cool, has the effects of dispersing blood and relieving pain, diuresis and detoxification. The main content of solanine in the skin of purple eggplant has been shown in many animal experiments to inhibit digestive system cancer. 4. Cabbage is sweet in nature and has the effects of nourishing the bone marrow, joints, bones, benefiting internal organs and clearing away heat and pain. 3. It is currently known that it contains flavonoids and indole acetaldehyde, which can induce the activity of hydrocarbon hydroxylase in the liver to increase by 54 times and the activity of intestinal mucosal enzymes to increase by 30 times, indicating that the anti-cancer ability is enhanced; studies have found that this product can reduce the incidence of gastric cancer, colon cancer and rectal cancer. 5. Radish has a clear solution, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, cough and other effects, including carrots and anti-cancer effects, experiments have shown that the growth of animal tumors can be reduced. What is the old Chinese radish, we expect to eat radish and drink less water. Eating radish meat can not only prevent and treat diseases, but also prevent and treat cancer. In recent years, it has been found that zinc has a strong anti-cancer activity, and zinc is high in carrots. |
