For any malignant tumor disease, it is a very stubborn disease. We all know that the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer or breast cancer after treatment is still relatively high compared with other malignant tumors, but our lung cancer patients cannot guarantee this. The specific care of our lung cancer patients should be summarized as follows:

(1) Provide routine care for respiratory diseases.

During chemotherapy, eat small meals frequently, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and give high-protein, high-calorie, high-vitamin, and easily digestible foods. Avoid smoking and drinking.

(V) Keep the respiratory tract open, instruct patients on how to cough, expectorate and perform deep breathing exercises correctly, and perform nebulization inhalation, patting the back to expectorate and negative pressure suction as prescribed by the doctor when necessary.

(6) Correctly collect various sputum specimens and send them for examination as required.

(VII) Psychological care: alleviating psychological stress, comforting and encouraging patients to actively cope with the disease, and eliminating anxiety and negative psychology.

(8) Prepare rescue items such as endotracheal intubation and tracheotomy.

Of course, we should also know what lung cancer patients should pay attention to before and after surgery, because many lung cancer patients now choose surgical treatment. After the operation, our patients have to go for chemotherapy or radiotherapy within a certain period of time. These treatments are not good for patients.
