How many grades are there for endometrial adenocarcinoma? Generally divided into three grades

Endometrial adenocarcinoma is divided into several levels. Currently, there are four main stages for endometrial adenocarcinoma. The lesions of uterine adenocarcinoma are limited to the uterine body and do not invade the parauterine tissue or lymph nodes. The cancer of the endometrium invades the cervix. The cancer of the endometrium invades the parauterine tissue, such as the uterine serosa, adnexa, fallopian tubes, ovaries, etc. The earlier the cancer is discovered, the better the treatment effect.

Endometrial cancer is a very common gynecological malignancy. Since patients show symptoms at an early stage, most of them can be diagnosed through endometrial biopsy. It should be said that the vast majority of endometrial cancer can be diagnosed and treated early. So, how many grades are there for endometrial adenocarcinoma? Let's take a look at it together.
Endometrial adenocarcinoma can be divided into three grades: 1, 2, and 3. Grade 1 is less malignant, and grade 3 is the most malignant. Your mother's is moderately differentiated, so it should be grade 2. Non-adenoid carcinoma can also occur in the endometrium, but the malignancy is higher. Normal endometrium is a mature and highly differentiated tissue. After cancer occurs, it gradually loses differentiation, which is called "anaplasia". The lower the degree of differentiation, the more malignant the cancer. "Phosphorylation" refers to the occurrence of metaplasia in cancer tissue, that is, the glandular epithelium becomes squamous epithelium, and the histological characteristics of squamous epithelium such as intercellular bridges and keratinization appear.
Endometrial adenocarcinoma is a malignant tumor that occurs in endometrial epithelial cells. The disease can be divided into four levels (four stages) according to the spread of cancer tissue. In the first stage, the cancer tissue is limited to the uterus and the endometrium, and the lesion infiltration is less than or greater than half of the muscle layer. In the second stage, the uterine body and cervix will be involved. In the third stage, the cancer tissue spreads outside the uterus, metastasizes to the vagina, and involves the pelvic or para-aortic lymph nodes. When it spreads to the fourth stage, it will exceed the pelvic range, affect the rectal mucosa, bladder, etc., and metastasize to organs such as the liver and lungs through the blood. You should receive reasonable treatment as soon as possible according to the degree of the tumor to avoid accelerated deterioration of the disease. Endometrial adenocarcinoma is a more serious gynecological disease. Many people suffer from this disease. It works quickly but has great side effects. Therefore, whether patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma should choose radiotherapy depends on their own condition. Don't choose radiotherapy blindly.
Drug therapy is also a good method, but some patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma are not suitable for drug therapy, such as pregnant patients or seriously ill patients. For patients with mild endometrial adenocarcinoma, drug therapy can be chosen. There are many types of drugs, and patients can choose the drug reasonably according to their condition.
