The most common early symptom of bladder cancer is painless macroscopic hematuria. The reason for this is very clear, that is, a tumor grows in the bladder, and the tumor bleeds or the mucosa bleeds after a blood vessel ruptures, so there will be some hematuria when urinating. If there is a concurrent infection, there may also be symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, and pain when urinating. When you have hematuria, don't take it lightly. You must go to the hospital as soon as possible for some examinations, such as urine test and B-ultrasound. These examinations are non-invasive and very cheap. They are very simple and can quickly tell whether there is a tumor in the bladder or other problems. If treated early, the recovery will be very good. Bladder cancer is generally divided into four stages clinically, but there is no clear relationship between symptoms and stages. The clinical staging of bladder cancer is divided into four stages, which are based on whether the primary tumor has lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. 1. There is an obvious overlap between the symptoms. Some patients have early symptoms of painless macroscopic hematuria, but the tumor is not highly malignant. The tumor has been growing for a long time. By the time it is discovered, pathological results show that it has invaded beyond the bladder wall. This situation is also very common in late-stage patients. 2. Some patients have obvious symptoms. At the beginning, the hematuria tumor is also highly malignant. But when they come in, they find that it is just a very simple and small tumor. The recovery rate is very good after minimally invasive surgery to remove the tumor. Therefore, there is no clear connection between the symptoms and stages of bladder cancer, but generally speaking, for patients in the late stage, local symptoms will be more severe, such as pain, lymph node metastasis, edema of the lower limbs caused by invasion of surrounding tissues, thrombosis, formation of cancer thrombus, etc. The symptoms in the late stage will be more severe. How long can patients with bladder cancer live? Different types of bladder cancer have different prognoses 1. For superficial bladder cancer, most patients can cure bladder tumors. 2. If there are some invasive or poorly differentiated patients with high malignancy, they need to undergo perfusion chemotherapy or perfusion immunotherapy. Most people can be completely cured. 3. For invasive bladder cancer, the five-year survival rate of this type of patients is reported to be around 70%. Generally, if a patient can survive for five years, the tumor is considered to be cured, and about 60-70% of patients can be cured. 4. For patients with local lymph node metastasis or deep local infiltration that has invaded other tissues and organs, the prognosis is relatively poor, and the two-year survival rate is generally only about 50%. Of course, there are some new drugs now, such as the hottest PDL-1. These drugs can achieve relatively good clinical effects for many bladder cancer patients. If the patient has a relatively good effect, he or she can achieve a long-term remission state, so how long can bladder cancer patients survive after recovery? How long a person with bladder cancer can live depends on the person's condition, the progression of the tumor, and the treatment options available to him or her. |
