Small pimples on the inner thigh

Small pimples on the inner thigh

Any skin disease has two causes. The first is external factors, such as personal hygiene, clean clothes and allergies. The second is internal factors, the most common of which is fungal infection. If you have a single small pimple on the inner thigh, you may think it is caused by mosquito bites, but if it is a large area, it may be an endocrine imbalance or a cyst problem.

1. Folliculitis skin lesions

Characteristics: Initially, it appears as a small papule consistent with the hair follicles, surrounded by an obvious red halo, with hair running through the center. It quickly forms millet-sized papulovesicles and small pustules. The pustule walls are thin and do not fuse together. After breaking, there is a small amount of purulent secretion, and later a small amount of pus is discharged, which dries and forms a scab. No marks or superficial scars left after healing, and conscious itching

To avoid physical stimulation, pay attention to eating less alcohol and sour, spicy and other irritating foods. If you are a patient with recurrent attacks, you should pay attention to eating less greasy food, eat more vegetables and fruits, increase vitamins, and keep the bowel movements smooth. At the same time, pay attention to strengthening physical exercise, personal hygiene, and enhancing disease resistance. It can be used for early symptoms.

2. Tinea cruris.

There are many causes of tinea cruris. It may be transmitted from your tinea pedis, or it may be caused by a moist scrotum and a bad working environment.

Take a shower and change your underwear frequently every day, preferably change one piece a day. In terms of medication, you can consider using Daknin. Clean the affected area every morning and evening, wipe it dry and apply it evenly. Repeat several times until the affected area is no longer sticky. It is best to choose loose-fitting underwear. If conditions permit, you can expose your lower body at home to keep it dry. If you use it consistently, you will generally recover in half a month, and then take the medicine for another ten days to prevent recurrence. This disease is more likely to occur in summer than in winter. If you don't pay attention, the red spots will spread outward in a ring shape, and the original part will feel healed.

3. Lipoma or sebaceous cyst,

The tumor is hard and poorly mobile and adheres to the subcutaneous tissue. It should be considered as a sebaceous gland cyst.

If the tumor is soft and can be moved when pressed, has an orange peel appearance, and can be divided into lobes, it should be considered as a lipoma.

You should go to the hospital for a check-up to determine the nature of the tumor. If it is not large and there is no obvious discomfort, you can observe it and no special treatment is needed. If it is a secondary infection of the sebaceous cyst, it should be surgically removed after anti-inflammatory treatment.

4. Acne, also known as acne, is related to endocrine, diet and oily skin.

For those with mild symptoms, apply topical vitamin E cream, adapalene gel, or isotretinoin gel. For patients with more severe symptoms, in addition to the above-mentioned topical medications, you can take retinoic acid capsules or isotretinoin capsules orally, and at the same time take doxycycline or minocycline orally. Pay attention to a light diet and avoid spicy food
