Scars that are common in life are caused by trauma. As long as these scars are not too deep, they will heal on their own. If scars appear on the inner thighs without any injury, the first thing to consider is stretch marks, which are caused by rapid growth and development and excessive fat accumulation. It may also be a case of scar hyperplasia, which is a problem with the individual's congenital body constitution. No matter what kind of scar it is, you must treat it with the right treatment, otherwise it will affect the appearance too much. 1. Rheumatic and immune diseases 2. Atrophic stretch marks, also known as expansion stretch marks, are caused by skin fiber rupture due to rapid development or obesity. Stretch marks generally do not require treatment and can be gradually alleviated. Treatment can be topical retinoic acid ointment or erbium laser treatment. 3. The skin is very thin and there is no itching or pain. This is caused by infection. You can also apply Bactroban topically. 4. Use the Basili scar removal kit, the effect is OK 5. Skin purpura is caused by physiological or pathological obesity, which causes the rupture of skin elastic fibers. It can be seen in the proximal limbs, abdomen, etc. Over time, the purple color will turn into white, which is lighter than the skin color, but the pattern will not disappear. If it is caused by pathology, the primary disease can be actively treated according to the location analysis. If it is caused by physiological obesity, appropriate weight loss is required without other treatment. "Scars" are caused by physical, biological, chemical and other factors that damage the soft tissues of the human skin, resulting in severe damage to the soft tissues and the inability to completely repair themselves. The skin and soft tissues are then replaced by fibrous tissue, leaving behind local symptoms that affect both appearance and function. "Scars" bring great physical and mental pain to patients, especially scars left after burns, scalds, and serious trauma. The several years of scar hyperplasia are almost unbearable for patients. The subsequent atrophy period makes the patient unrecognizable and has functional impairment, causing great physical and mental disorders for the patient. Thousands of years ago, the Miao people in the Miao villages in the Miao area had already figured out how to treat scars left by burns and scalds. Due to the frequent migrations of the Miao people in their early days, most of the places they went to were remote mountainous areas and malaria-infested areas with few people. The natural conditions were very harsh. The Miao people mainly engaged in slash-and-burn farming and working all day long. Under these specific conditions, they were inevitably burned by water or fire. Therefore, almost everyone knows and masters the methods of treating burns or fire. This prescription is now known as the Miao medicine Shaotanling. It has been used clinically by generations of Miao doctors and has cured countless patients over thousands of years. Scalds and burns caused by water or fire refer to the direct effects of burning materials, scorching liquids, solids, gases, and electric current on the human body, causing scalds or burns to the skin, or even internal attacks of fire poison on the internal organs. They are often accompanied by flushing and edema, and a large amount of exudation on the surface. The main manifestations are redness, swelling, burning pain, blistering, and eschar formation at the injured area. In mild cases, the skin and hair will be damaged, in severe cases, the muscles and tendons will be injured, and in severe cases, the fire poison will be severe. The body fluids are damaged and the evil toxins invade the blood and attack the internal organs, causing various symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine scar repair is a relatively safe, green and side-effect-free treatment method. Daily care In daily life, if you are accidentally scalded or burned by water, fire, oil, etc., if the area is not large, you can immediately take 1 part of white sugar and 3 parts of cold boiled water to make a concentrated sugar water, use cotton wool or a clean small towel dipped in the sugar water to gently apply and press the injured area. If a finger or toe is injured, soak it immediately in sugar water for 20 minutes. If you don't have time to prepare sugar water, you can also grab some sugar and apply it to the wound, then drop cold water on the sugar to moisten the wound, and then wash it after 2 hours. If it has not healed yet, apply concentrated sugar water again. Using sugar water to treat burns will not cause blistering or scarring and is very effective. First remove the heat source and soak the limb in cool water until the pain disappears. You can also cover the injured area with a wet towel or sheet and spray cold water on it. Do not break any blisters. Burns can be divided into first-degree burns (erythematous, the skin becomes red and there is a burning pain), second-degree burns (vesicular, blisters appear on the affected area), and third-degree burns (necrotic, skin peeling off). For mild burns on a small local area, you can treat it at home. After cleaning the wound, you can apply Jing Wanhong, Meibo moisturizing burn ointment, etc. For large-area burns, it is advisable to send to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible. The most important thing for burn wounds is to shave the hair in the injured area and nearby areas, and cut off excessively long nails. Wash the healthy skin around the wound with soap and water, and then wipe and disinfect it with 0.1% Sanisol solution or 75% alcohol. Clean the wound with isotonic saline to remove foreign matter and dirt on the wound, protect small blisters from being damaged, and use an empty injection needle to draw out the blister fluid from large blisters. For broken blisters or those with severe contamination, the blister skin should be cut off, the wound surface should be gently rolled open with gauze, covered with a layer of liquid paraffin gauze or a thin layer of vaseline gauze, plus multiple layers of absorbent gauze and cotton pads, and bandaged with a bandage to apply even pressure. Bandage therapy, exposure method, etc. can also be used for burns. Burns are often prone to infection, so antibiotics should be used and tetanus antitoxin can also be injected. |
