4. Do not drink or drink less. Alcohol is not only related to liver cirrhosis and liver cancer, but also to brain and laryngeal cancer. It has been proven that women who drink 20-30 grams of alcohol a day are twice as likely to develop breast cancer as women who do not drink. Doing not drink or drinking less is also a way to prevent fibroids.

5. Prevent food contamination. Mainly prevent the infection or spread of carcinogenic microorganisms, and strictly control and monitor food additives.
