What are the clinical symptoms of fibroids?

In recent years, fibroids have always been a topic of concern because they have caused serious harm to the physical and mental health of many people. I believe that many people do not know what the clinical symptoms of fibroids are? So below I will give you a detailed introduction to the clinical symptoms of fibroids.

The fibroid mass grows slowly and generally has no other symptoms. The surface of the fibroid is normal, and a smooth, movable, round mass can be felt under the skin. It is painless, has clear boundaries, and is hard. Fibroma is composed of well-differentiated subcutaneous connective tissue and is more common in adults aged 40-50. The tumor grows slowly and generally stops growing after it develops to a certain extent. It is a benign tumor and rarely becomes malignant. The treatment is mainly surgical resection.

Although fibroma looks scary, it is actually a benign tumor. Fibromatosis is a tumor derived from fibrous tissue. The tumor can occur in large muscles in any part of the body, with the rectus abdominis muscle of the abdominal wall and the aponeurosis of its adjacent muscles being the most common. In order to control the development of skin tumors of fibroma, patients must pay attention to daily care, which is very important for fibroma patients.

Fibroids generally grow slowly. Fibromas that occur under the skin of the face are painless masses with hard texture, varying sizes, smooth surfaces, clear edges, no adhesions to surrounding tissues, and generally good sphincter mobility. Fibromas that occur in the oral cavity are smaller, spherical or nodular, and may or may not have a pedicle. The tumor has clear boundaries, and the surface is covered with normal mucosa. The cut surface is white. Oral fibromas often occur in the alveolar process, cheek, palate and other parts. Fibromas that occur in the alveolar process may cause teeth to loosen and shift. If the surface ulcerates and secondary infection occurs, it will cause pain or functional impairment. If it occurs in the lower rectum, there is often a feeling of falling and tenesmus. The surface of the tumor is normal mucosa and the surface is smooth. Digital examination and endoscopy can palpate hard and elastic tumors. Tumors with smooth surfaces and clear edges can be seen around the anus. Those that occur in the vulva are mostly located in the labia majora. They are hard subcutaneous nodules at first, and then they can increase to form hard, solid masses with pedicles. The size varies, and the surface may have ulcers and necrosis.

The above are all clinical symptoms and characteristics of fibroids. If you have any of the above symptoms, you must take good care to prevent the fibroids from getting worse and go to a regular hospital for examination and treatment in time.
