What to do with cervical tumor

What to do with cervical tumor

Cervical cancer is the most common disease of the female reproductive system. It is also a benign tumor and a common disease that endangers women's health. Unclean sexual life and inflammation are the causes of the disease. So what are the treatments for cervical cancer? What should I do if I have cervical cancer? I think this is what many patients want to know. Let's take a look.

The main points to note for cervical cancer are as follows:

1. Tumors: They can grow in any part of the reproductive organs. Patients can feel the tumors on the vulva.

2. Abnormal vaginal discharge: Due to necrosis and ulceration of reproductive tract tumors, watery, bloody, or rice-soup-like vaginal discharge is produced, which may have a foul odor.

3. Menstrual changes: Tumors of the uterus and certain ovaries can cause menstrual changes, including menorrhagia, irregular cycles, or amenorrhea.

4. Abdominal pain: Ovarian tumor torsion, rupture or infection; uterine submucosal fibroids prolapse from the cervical opening or fibroid degeneration can all cause severe lower abdominal pain and become a gynecological acute abdomen.

5. Changes in urination and defecation: Tumor compression or invasion of the urinary system and rectum can cause urinary retention, frequent urination, hematuria, bloody stools, and even urinary fistula and fecal fistula.

6. Symptoms of metastatic cancer: Trophoblastic tumors often metastasize to the lungs, brain, etc. Metastasis to the lungs and respiratory tract may cause hemoptysis; metastasis to the brain may cause syncope; ovarian cancer metastasis to the greater omentum may cause abdominal distension, poor appetite, and gastrointestinal dysfunction

7. Cachexia: It is more common in patients with advanced malignant tumors. It causes obvious symptoms of weight loss and systemic exhaustion.
