What causes testicular cancer?

There are really many diseases among men nowadays. Many men suffer from testicular cancer. Their family members and themselves are very anxious and they are under a lot of pressure, not knowing whether they will die. After all, cancer is still very scary. However, many people do not know the cause of testicular cancer. Let us understand the cause of testicular cancer below.

Causes of testicular cancer:

1. Cryptorchidism: Normally, the testicles will descend to the scrotum. If the testicles do not descend to the scrotum but remain in the abdominal cavity or groin, the risk of testicular cancer in men will increase significantly. Even surgery to move the testicles to the scrotum will not help.

2. Klinefelter's syndrome: People with Klinefelter's syndrome (a sex chromosome abnormality with symptoms of low male hormone levels, infertility, large breasts, and small testes) are susceptible to testicular cancer.

3. A history of testicular cancer: Men with a history of testicular cancer are more likely to have testicular cancer in the other testicle. A family history of testicular cancer: If a person's father or brother has testicular cancer, he or she is more likely to have the disease than others.

4. Genetic factors: Studies have shown that the occurrence of testicular cancer is related to genetic factors.

5. Abnormal testicular development: Men with abnormal testicular development are prone to testicular cancer.

The above are the causes of testicular cancer, but how to prevent testicular cancer:

1. Prevent testicular injuries. First, prevent accidental testicular injuries in daily life, such as riding a bicycle, etc., and try to reduce the pressure on the testicular area; second, prevent testicular injuries during sexual intercourse, avoid intense processes that damage the fragile testicles and bury the hidden dangers of disease.

2. Keep the testicles clean. When taking a bath, you should pay attention to cleaning the testicles. Even if you don’t take a bath, you should always clean the testicles, especially the area covered by the foreskin, to prevent bacteria from growing.

3. Eat less food containing ochratoxin A. Ochratoxin A is an important carcinogen that can easily induce testicular cancer. It is mainly produced by fungi that grow on grains and coffee beans, so moldy grains should never be eaten.

In addition, loose boxer briefs are better for preventing testicular abnormalities. Loose hanging and keeping the natural shape of the testicles is best, so boxer briefs are better than tight briefs and are a good way to prevent testicular abnormalities.
