Bladder cancer is already very familiar to everyone. Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the urinary system. The current incidence of bladder cancer is very high, and more and more people are suffering from bladder cancer. It ranks eighth among the top ten malignant tumors in China. It usually occurs in people over the age of 50, and more men than women. Early diagnosis of bladder cancer is crucial to the patient's prognosis. Everyone must be aware of the early symptoms of bladder cancer so that bladder cancer can be detected and treated as early as possible. So, what are the typical early symptoms of bladder cancer? Let's take a simple look at this issue.

There are many symptoms in the early stages of bladder cancer, which can usually be discovered as long as you pay attention to your physical health at all times.

First, in the early stages of bladder cancer, about 80% of patients will have hematuria. There are two types of hematuria, one is gross hematuria and the other is microscopic hematuria. Gross hematuria refers to bloody urine that can be directly observed by the eye. Microscopic hematuria refers to the presence of red blood cells in the patient's urine under a microscope. Bladder cancer hematuria is mostly painless and intermittent. It can also be seen at the beginning or end of urination. Some patients may find rotting tissue in their hematuria.

Second, the bladder of early-stage bladder cancer patients will be stimulated and have difficulty urinating. About one-tenth to one-quarter of bladder cancer patients will experience symptoms of urgency, frequent urination, and difficulty urinating, which can be easily confused with cystitis and lead to misdiagnosis. Sometimes, due to the shedding of necrotic tumor tissue, a large amount of blood clots cause urine retention.

There are many early symptoms of bladder cancer. In addition to the above symptoms, bladder cancer patients may also experience low back pain, kidney swelling, and even renal insufficiency. In severe cases, urethral obstruction or even urinary retention may occur. Excessive bleeding may also cause anemia, so everyone must pay attention to it. If you find yourself with similar symptoms, you must go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.
