What medicine is good for teratoma

My menstruation became more and more abnormal, sometimes even amenorrhea, so I went to the hospital for a check-up, thinking it was just ordinary menstrual irregularity. But later on, I found out that it was caused by a teratoma. So, what medicine is good for teratoma?

If it is a teratoma, medication may not work well or even have no effect, so surgery is the best option. Teratomas are divided into mature and immature types, and surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other methods can be selected for treatment according to different situations and your own conditions. If it is a parasitic tumor or ovarian cyst, medication cannot solve the problem, and surgery (laparoscopic treatment) is the only option. Because you want to have a child, this surgery can not only remove the mass, but also understand the condition of your uterus and appendages, which is beneficial for future pregnancy.
During the development of human embryos, there is a type of pluripotent cell with pluripotent development potential. Under normal embryonic development, it develops and differentiates into mature cells of each germ layer. If some pluripotent cells separate or fall off from the whole at different embryonic stages, causing cell genes to mutate and differentiation to be abnormal, embryonic abnormalities may occur. It is generally believed that if this separation or shedding occurs in the early embryo, a teratoma will be formed; if it occurs in the late embryo, an abnormally differentiated tissue with three germ layers of endoderm, mesoderm and ectoderm will be formed, that is, a teratoma will be formed.
For patients with large or extensively infiltrated malignant teratomas that are clinically judged to be unresectable, preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy can be used to shrink the tumor before delayed radical surgery, which is of positive significance in improving the surgical resection rate and preserving important organs. For advanced cases, preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy can also achieve the therapeutic purpose of relieving tumor compression, controlling metastatic lesions, and gaining the opportunity for another surgery.
