In addition, you should try to eat less irritating food, and avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. Tobacco and alcohol are very harmful to the stomach. The stimulating effect of nicotine in tobacco on the stomach will delay the discharge of gastric contents, which in turn will cause increased gastric acid secretion, causing gastritis and gastric ulcers to worsen. Drinking, especially drinking on an empty stomach, is more harmful to patients with poor gastrointestinal absorption, because the ethanol in the wine has a very strong stimulating effect on the gastric mucosa. Once the stomach is stimulated, it will experience strong contraction, expansion and other movements, which can easily cause gastric bleeding or perforation of the gastric ulcer, resulting in life-threatening.

3. Keep a happy spirit

The health of the stomach has a lot to do with mental factors.
