Melanoma is a latent disease. Many patients do not take it seriously when they are ill, giving the disease a chance to lurk. By the time the disease is detected, most of them are in the late stages and are very difficult to treat. Many people do not know much about the disease. Let us take a look at the classification of melanoma and daily dietary conditioning. 1. Classification of melanoma The first type: superficial extension type. This type accounts for about 50% of malignant melanomas, and the tumor can grow outward along the superficial layer of the skin and then infiltrate into the deeper layers of the skin. In medicine, the stage when the tumor infiltrates into the dermis and subcutaneous tissue of the skin is called the "vertical development stage", and this vertical development makes it easy for the tumor to spread. The second type: acral nevus type. This type is relatively rare, accounting for about 10% of malignant melanomas, and often occurs in the palms, soles, nail beds and mucous membranes, and is characterized by the easy occurrence of regional lymph node metastasis. The third type: nodular type. This type of melanoma can occur anywhere on the human body surface, and is characterized by vertical development and infiltration into the subcutaneous tissue. Therefore, this type of malignant melanoma is more likely to metastasize to the lymph nodes. The fourth type: freckle type. This type of malignant melanoma accounts for about 20% of malignant melanoma patients. This type of malignant melanoma often originates from long-standing black freckles on the face of the elderly. This type of tumor can spread to a range of 2-3 cm or more. The fifth type: undifferentiated type. This type of melanoma grows radially and metastasizes very quickly. In addition, the metastasis and prognosis of malignant melanoma are closely related to the layer of skin infiltrated by the tumor. The deeper the tumor infiltrates, the easier it is to metastasize and the worse the prognosis. 2.
