Hyperplastic arthritis usually occurs in older people, often over 40 years old, first appearing in one or several fingers, and then affecting other fingers. Finger joint pain treatment

10 grams each of cinnamon twig, white peony root, Anemarrhena asphodeloides, cooked slices, safflower, Gleditsia sinensis thorn, Cibotium barometz, and Saposhnikovia divaricata, 20 grams each of raw rehmannia, earthworm, and drynaria, 15 grams each of raw astragalus and mistletoe. Take one dose daily, decocted in water. Invigorate the meridians.

Mainly used to treat arthritis. Symptoms include muscle and joint pain and swelling, local heat to touch, but the patient feels chills, or does not feel hot to touch, or feels feverish, low-grade fever or no obvious signs of fever, red tongue with yellow-white or yellow-white or less coating, and stringy or fine pulse.
