Women are more susceptible to melanoma during pregnancy

Melanoma is a highly malignant tumor, also known as malignant melanoma. Although it is easy to get melanoma during pregnancy, pregnancy does not increase the possibility of pigmented moles becoming malignant melanoma. During pregnancy, the shape and size of moles often change. The following danger signs indicate that pigmented moles have become malignant: changes in size, color, redness, whiteness, blueness, especially the spread of pigmented areas to the surrounding normal skin; changes in surface features, texture and shape; especially inflammatory reactions in the skin around the mole, which may have bleeding, ulcers, itching or pain.

Experts say that if a mole has some abnormalities, it is still necessary to diagnose it as soon as possible to avoid missing the best time to treat melanoma. The cure rate of early superficial moles is very high, so you should pay more attention to it in your daily life and be sure to treat it in time if you have symptoms.
