1. You should do it step by step and not rush for success. Start with simple and casual exercises, and do it step by step. It is better to feel comfortable after exercise without feeling tired. 2. Control the amount of exercise according to heart rate: Gastric cancer patients must exercise according to their heart rate. The heart rate after exercise should be controlled at 85-110 beats/min. The amount of exercise can be increased or decreased accordingly. The amount of exercise can also be measured according to one's basic heart rate. Generally, exercise is done 3 times a week, 1 hour each time.
3. Control the amount of exercise based on breathing: Gastric cancer patients should pay attention to their physical condition when exercising. If the exercise allows them to talk to others, although it is a bit strenuous and the breathing rate is faster, as long as there is no obvious shortness of breath, the amount of exercise is generally appropriate.
