Research shows that if women exercise regularly, eat healthily and drink coffee regularly, their risk of cervical cancer will be reduced. Researchers say cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women in the UK, but at least half of it can be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight and exercising regularly. If women exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and maintain a healthy weight, they can significantly reduce their risk of cervical cancer. The World Cancer Research Fund found that women who drink coffee every day have a lower risk of cervical cancer. However, some experts believe that there is insufficient evidence to recommend drinking coffee to fight cervical cancer. The relationship between cervical cancer and diet, exercise and body weight was studied. After studying 3,700 female cervical cancer patients, it was found that if women can exercise for 38 minutes a day and maintain a healthy weight, they can effectively prevent cervical cancer. The study also found that in the UK, about 56% of women exercised at least 30 minutes a day and 5 days a week, while only 39% of women maintained a healthy weight. Researchers pointed out that as long as women exercise regularly and maintain a proper weight, they can significantly reduce the risk of uterine cancer and improve their overall health. |
