2. Bone marrow proliferation was significantly active, with granulocytes accounting for 53.0% and erythroids accounting for 26%;

3. Granulocyte proliferation is active, and segmented granulocytes are relatively reduced, accounting for 3.5%, showing signs of maturation disorder;

4. Erythroid proliferation is obviously active, with mid- and late-stage erythrocytes as the main components, and the ratios and morphologies of each stage are roughly normal;
