Can gallbladder cancer cause miscarriage?

Can gallbladder cancer cause miscarriage?

The incidence of gallbladder cancer is increasing year by year, and it is no longer a rare tumor. The early symptoms of gallbladder cancer are atypical and difficult to detect. It is highly malignant and has the characteristics of rapid growth and early metastasis. Clinically, the treatment effect is poor and the prognosis is poor. Whether gallbladder cancer is hereditary is still controversial.

Gallbladder cancer is related to heredity. Does it mean that the next generation of patients with gallbladder cancer will all develop cancer? The answer is no. Why? Because human cancer cells are divided into two categories: somatic cancer cells and reproductive cancer cells, such as muscle cancer cells, bone cancer cells, and nerve cancer cells. There is no direct connection between the previous generation and the next generation. Only reproductive cancer cells - sperm and egg cancer cells - are cancer cells that communicate genetic information between parents and children. When the DNA in the reproductive cancer cells of the father and mother develops precancerous lesions, all cancer cells in their children's bodies are diagnosed with this changed genetic information, and precancerous lesions may occur. This is a "hereditary" cancer. It will cause miscarriage.
The DNA of somatic cancer cells changes in the acquired environment and becomes cancer cells. Then the daughter cancer cells born from the division of this cancer cell are still cancer cells. They will not be contaminated with precancerous lesions in the DNA of reproductive cancer cells, so this type of cancer cell will not be passed on to children. This is a "non-hereditary" cancer. Therefore, not all gallbladder cancer is hereditary. People with a family history of gallbladder cancer should understand that although they may have gallbladder cancer due to heredity, it does not mean that they will definitely get gallbladder cancer, and they should avoid unnecessary fear. On the other hand, they should pay more attention to cancer prevention and strive to achieve early detection, early clinical diagnosis and early treatment.
