Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor with a high mortality rate and is also a major disease that seriously threatens women's life and health. Because ovarian cancer has no obvious symptoms when it is found early, it is often in the late stage when patients find the disease. Therefore, when the body is abnormal, surgical resection of the ovary and postoperative chemotherapy are indispensable in treatment. At the same time, anti-cancer and immunity-enhancing drugs are also needed to treat the ovaries. The following introduces several commonly used Western medicines for the treatment of ovarian cancer and how to take them. Eloxadine It is used to treat advanced ovarian cancer and has good efficacy. When used alone or in combination, the recommended dose is 130 mg/m2 per body surface area, added to 250 ml~500 ml of 5% glucose solution and infused for 2~6 hours. If no toxicity occurs, it is administered once every 3 weeks. Pirarubicin Hydrochloride This product is used to treat head and neck tumors, breast cancer, gastric cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma, etc. This product can be added to 5% glucose injection or 10 ml of injection water to dissolve, and can be injected intravenously, intra-arterially, or into the bladder. Intravenous injection: generally 25 mg ~ 40 mg/m2 of body surface area at a time. Arterial administration: For head and neck cancer, the dose is 7 mg to 20 mg/m2 based on body surface area, once a day, for 5 to 7 days. It can also be 14 mg to 30 mg/m2 each time, once a week. Intravesical administration: 15 mg ~ 30 mg / square meter of body surface area at a time, diluted to a concentration of 500 micrograms ~ 1000 micrograms / ml, injected into the bladder cavity and retained for 1 to 2 hours. 3 times a week is a course of treatment, and 2 to 3 courses can be used. Carboplatin Injection It is mainly used clinically for ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, thyroid cancer, cervical cancer, etc. Intravenous injection and intravenous drip: 100 mg/m2 each time, once a day, 5 consecutive days as a course of treatment. Repeat once every 3 to 4 weeks. Or 300 mg to 400 mg/m2 each time, repeated once every 4 weeks. Aiheng injection This product can be used as a single drug or in combination to treat advanced ovarian cancer. When used alone or in combination, the recommended dose is 130 mg/m2, once every 3 weeks when no toxicity occurs. The above are the commonly used western medicines and methods of taking for ovarian cancer. Ovarian cancer is also prone to recurrence and metastasis after surgery, so patients should insist on taking medicines according to the course of treatment after recovery, and have regular follow-up examinations. In the use of drugs, Chinese and Western medicines can also be used in combination. You can take some Chinese medicines that regulate the body to increase immunity and prevent recurrence and metastasis. The effect of preventing recurrence will be better. |
