Eating these five foods regularly can best prevent stomach cancer

Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor that seriously troubles the Chinese people. The incidence rate has been rising in recent years, causing great distress to patients. The treatment of gastric cancer is a long and arduous process. Especially for advanced gastric cancer, there are very few effective treatments. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the prevention of gastric cancer and stay away from the troubles of this disease. Scientists have found through years of research that five kinds of diet can help prevent gastric cancer:

First, garlic is a recognized anti-cancer food with obvious anti-cancer effects. Epidemiological surveys show that the incidence of gastric cancer is very low among people who eat raw garlic. The reason is that garlic can significantly reduce the nitrite content in the stomach and reduce the possibility of nitrosamine synthesis, thus playing an anti-cancer effect.
Second, eating onions can reduce the nitrite content in the stomach. More importantly, onions contain a substance called quercetin, which is a natural anti-cancer substance. Studies have shown that people who eat onions regularly have a 25% lower incidence of gastric cancer than those who eat less or no onions, and the mortality rate of gastric cancer is also 30% lower.
Third, mushrooms. This type of food includes winter mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and black fungus. Scientists have found that many mushrooms in food contain anti-cancer substances that can prevent stomach cancer. For example, the polysaccharides contained in winter mushrooms have a very high anti-cancer rate. The polysaccharides contained in black fungus and white fungus are also an effective anti-cancer substance. The crude fiber and calcium rich in mushroom foods have anti-cancer effects and can also improve human immunity.
Fourth, tomatoes contain lycopene and carotene, both of which are antioxidants, especially lycopene, which can neutralize free radicals in the body and is beneficial for fighting gastric cancer and digestive system cancer. It is also effective in preventing breast cancer and prostate cancer.
Fifth, broccoli contains more trace elements such as molybdenum, which can block the synthesis of carcinogenic nitrosamines and play an anti-cancer and cancer prevention role. A research report pointed out that broccoli also contains an enzyme called small sulfide that can stimulate cell activity and prevent the formation of cancer cells. Eating broccoli has a certain effect on preventing esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, etc.
