Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, and its incidence rate accounts for 7% to 10% of all malignant tumors in the body. In recent years, the incidence rate of breast cancer in cities in my country has continued to rise, mostly occurring in women between the ages of 40 and 60 and before and after menopause. If breast cancer is not actively treated, it will be life-threatening.

Since breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in women, if it is not treated properly, it will threaten the patient's life. Therefore, when women have the following symptoms, they should seek early treatment.

1. Although some early breast cancer patients cannot feel a clear lump in the breast, they often have local discomfort, especially postmenopausal women. Sometimes they feel mild pain and discomfort in one breast, or heaviness, soreness and discomfort in one shoulder and back, and even involve the upper arm on that side.

2. Nipple discharge: If the discharge is bloody or serous, special attention should be paid to further examination.

3. Changes in breast appearance: The skin at the site of the lump may be seen to be bulging, and some local skin may appear orange peel-like, or even edematous, discolored, or have eczema-like changes.

4. Regional lymphadenopathy, most commonly in the ipsilateral axillary lymphadenopathy. Supraclavicular lymphadenopathy is considered advanced.

5. There is a slight depression in the breast skin near the center of the nipple accompanied by nipple retraction, nipple erosion, nipple asymmetry, or the breast skin becomes thicker and coarser and the pores are enlarged.
