Can color Doppler ultrasound detect bladder cancer?

Bladder cancer is a rather troublesome thing for patients. Due to the special function of the bladder, once a lesion occurs, our body will suffer a lot of pain. Many survey data show that in recent years, the incidence of bladder diseases has far exceeded other urinary diseases. Many patients have been diagnosed with bladder cancer, which is a great threat to our health. Let's take a look at the examination and identification methods of bladder cancer.

The accuracy of transabdominal B-type ultrasound examination in diagnosing bladder tumors is proportional to the size of the tumor and is also related to the experience and judgment of the examiner.
Bladder cancer can be checked by B-ultrasound. By filling the bladder and fully stretching the bladder wall mucosa, B-ultrasound can measure the size, location and degree of mucosal infiltration of the tumor. In routine examinations, after centrifuging the urine, look for red blood cells under a high-power microscope to determine the presence of hematuria. This is the only way to diagnose hidden hematuria. It is simple and easy. This method can be used to detect early bladder cancer patients and can also be used as a routine examination item for high-risk groups.
X-ray angiography can be used to understand the bladder filling status and the range and depth of tumor infiltration. Combined with pelvic and ureteral angiography, it can be used to understand whether there is hydronephrosis, ureteral infiltration and the degree of infiltration. Cystoscopy can directly see the growth site, size, number, shape, presence or absence of pedicles, infiltration range, and whether there is bleeding.
