Can women with uterine cancer exercise? A new study shows that if women exercise regularly, eat a healthy diet and drink coffee for a long time, their risk of uterine cancer will be reduced. Researchers said that uterine cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women in the UK, but at least half of it can be prevented by maintaining a healthy weight and regular exercise. If women exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and maintain a healthy weight, they can significantly reduce their risk of uterine cancer.

The World Cancer Research Fund found that women who drink coffee every day have a lower risk of uterine cancer. However, some experts believe that there is insufficient evidence to recommend drinking coffee to fight uterine cancer.
British researchers have studied the relationship between endometrial cancer and diet, exercise and body weight since 2007. After studying 3,700 female uterine cancer patients, they found that if women can exercise for 38 minutes a day and maintain a healthy weight, they can effectively prevent uterine cancer.
Researchers point out that as long as women engage in regular exercise and maintain a proper weight, they can significantly reduce their risk of uterine cancer and improve their overall health.
