Is Caesarean section suitable for gallbladder cancer?

Is cesarean section appropriate for gallbladder cancer? For pregnant women who cannot or are not easy to give birth vaginally, especially those with multiple births and placenta previa, cesarean section is indeed an important means to save the lives of mothers and babies. However, the negative impact of cesarean section on mothers and babies is also obvious.

According to data analysis, for newborns, those delivered by caesarean section have poorer natural immunity and are more likely to get sick because they have not experienced the squeezing and bacteria of the birth canal.
For mothers, after a caesarean section, scars will be left on the uterus of the mother, which normally takes a year and a half to heal. Although it generally does not affect the next pregnancy, there is still a certain risk for mothers whose scars have not completely healed to have a second child.
First, the infection, anemia, high blood sugar and high blood pressure that may occur during caesarean section surgery will affect wound healing and affect subsequent pregnancy;
Second, the chance of ectopic pregnancy increases;
Third, if the fertilized egg implants on the scar, it will pose a huge threat to the life of the mother. In severe cases, the uterus may need to be removed or even death may occur.
Fourth, even if the fertilized egg is lucky enough to avoid the scar, there is still a risk of "placenta implantation", that is, the placenta grows into the uterine muscle layer, causing heavy bleeding during childbirth and affecting uterine contraction. If necessary, this part or even all of the uterus must be removed;
Fifth, even if these two stages are passed, it does not mean that the mother and baby are absolutely safe, because once the mother giving birth for the second time initiates uterine contractions herself, the strong uterine contractions may cause uterine rupture, seriously affecting the safety of the mother and baby.
