Fresh toad skin for medicine (try not to damage the poison gland when removing it), borneol, garlic (single-headed garlic is preferred); Method: Cut the garlic cross-section and rub the painful points and gallbladder points with the cross-section, until a layer of garlic juice is applied evenly, with an area diameter of about 5-6 cm. Grind the borneol into powder and sprinkle it evenly on the surface of the toad skin (sprinkle about 1 gram of borneol on each toad skin), then apply the ice toad skin to the area coated with garlic juice, apply it with gauze, and fix it with adhesive tape, twice a day.

2. For patients with severe pain due to gallbladder cancer, acupoint blocking therapy can be used.

Mix 2500 mg of vitamin B1, 100 mg of vitamin B1, and 3 ml of 2% lidocaine, and apply it to the Zusanli and Yanglingquan acupoints.

3. Ear acupuncture.

The sympathetic, Shenmen, liver, and gallbladder points are used as the main acupoints; for those in shock, the Yongquan, Zusanli, Renzhong, and Shixuan points are used; or for ear acupuncture, the subcortical, endocrine, adrenal, and other points are used.

4. For elderly patients with extensive metastasis of gallbladder cancer, deficiency of vital energy, depletion of yin fluid, emaciation and cachexia, fatigue or even bedriddenness, low fever in the afternoon, dry mouth and poor appetite, dark jaundice, clay-like stool, red urine, a lump can be felt under the right rib, red tongue without coating, and thin and rapid pulse, the treatment should be to invigorate qi and nourish yin, and clear away blood stasis.

Medicinal use: 12 grams of Prince ginseng, 10 grams of Northern Adenophora, 10 grams of Ophiopogon japonicus, 10 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 10 grams of Anemarrhena asphodeloides, 12 grams of Dendrobium officinale, 10 grams of Atractylodes macrocephala, 10 grams of Citrus aurantium, 15 grams of Capillaris, 30 grams of Hedyotis diffusa, 15 grams of Lithospermum officinale, 10 grams of Euphorbia trichosanthis, 0 grams of Peach Kernel, 12 grams of Red Peony Root, 10 grams of Raw Rhubarb (added later), and 10 grams of Curcuma aromatica.

Although many Chinese herbal remedies are widely circulated among the people, they have a certain effect on some difficult and complicated diseases, especially tumors such as gallbladder cancer. However, it should be emphasized that Chinese herbal remedies are not suitable for everyone and are not very targeted. They must be specially identified by Chinese medicine experts and taken with caution.
