The wound is scarred and white

The wound is scarred and white

Of course, after an injury occurs, it is inevitable that wounds will be left on the surface of your body. If you want your wound to heal quickly and leave no scars, you should actively apply medication during the recovery process and pay attention to your eating habits. However, when the wound is scarred, some people's wounds have obvious different conditions around them. Some wounds have red scars, while others have white scars. So what is the reason for the white scars?

The wound will turn white after the scab falls off, which depends on the depth of the wound. Most shallow second-degree burns will turn red after healing, and occasionally white. Generally, it is no problem and it will get better naturally over time. If a deep second-degree or third-degree burn turns white after healing, it may be due to depigmentation. There is currently no specific medicine for this. You can go to your local dermatology department to consult if there are any medicines that can improve the local condition.

How to make wounds heal quickly

Here we only explain how to quickly heal scars for smaller wounds. If the wound is very large or related to medical surgery, it is best to listen to the doctor's advice.

2 When you accidentally get a small wound on your hand or leg and want it to heal quickly. First, you need to wipe the blood off the wound with a tissue, then dip a cotton swab in hydrogen peroxide.

3This kind of hydrogen peroxide can be bought in all major pharmacies. Use medical cotton swabs, which have a large area of cotton, as they absorb moisture the best.

4 After that, a lot of white bubbles will appear on your wound. Hydrogen peroxide helps the scar to heal quickly and clean the bacteria in the wound. Rub two or three more times until the white bubbles become less or disappear.

5Then, use medical alcohol to clean the wound. Clean the hydrogen peroxide and apply more alcohol, enough to soak the wound.

6Finally, if your wound is small, you can use a Band-Aid to help it heal faster. If it exceeds the length of the Band-Aid, hold the wound with a tissue for about two minutes.

7 Note: When sleeping or doing things, try to avoid areas with wounds. Because the harder you push, the longer it will take for the wound to heal. If there are signs of scarring, do not touch the wound. It will be fine in two or three days.
