Blood in the stool, bright red or dark red, not much, often accompanied by mucus, is often misdiagnosed as hemorrhoids.
In the middle stage, the frequency of bowel movements gradually increases, there is tenesmus, a feeling of incomplete defecation, dark red blood, pus and mucous membrane in the stool, and a special odor.
In the later stages, due to the enlargement of the tumor and the narrowing of the anorectal cavity, the symptoms of anorectal cancer include less stool volume, thinner and flatter stool, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and hyperactive bowel sounds, etc. Intestinal obstruction can gradually develop from incomplete to complete.
