Medicinal Diet Therapy for Blood Stasis Type Esophageal Cancer

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the cause of esophageal cancer is due to the stagnation of the seven emotions, worry, anger, damage to the liver and spleen; or excessive drinking, or a preference for spicy and dry food, which leads to qi stagnation, blood stasis, fire depression, and phlegm accumulation, which block the esophagus and cause it.

Symptoms of esophageal cancer of blood stasis type: chest pain, vomiting after eating, even unable to take soup or water, constipation like sheep dung, or vomiting like red bean juice, weight loss, dry skin, red tongue without fluid, or bluish purple, and thin and astringent pulse.

Treatment principle: Nourish yin and blood, remove blood stasis and resolve stagnation.

Medicinal diet therapy:

1. Tongyou Hericium Decoction:

Recipe: 10 grams of raw rehmannia, 15 grams of cooked rehmannia, 10 grams of peach kernel, 6 grams of safflower, 15 grams of angelica, 12 grams of salvia miltiorrhiza, 6 grams of Fritillaria, 30 grams of Hericium erinaceus, and a little salt.

Preparation method: First boil the first 7 herbs and remove the residue, then add the Hericium erinaceus and simmer. After the Hericium erinaceus is cooked, add salt to taste.

Dosage: 1 dose per day for 30 consecutive days.

2. Fresh goose blood drink:

Recipe: 1 live white goose. Preparation method: Cut off the goose's head and the blood will gush out.

Dosage: Drink the goose blood immediately, preferably while it is hot before the blood coagulates, and take it according to your ability. Take it once every 5 to 7 days.

3. Rice wine gecko granules:

Recipe: 1 gecko, appropriate amount of rice and yellow wine.

Preparation method: Fry the gecko and rice until browned, then grind into fine powder.

Dosage: Divide into 2-3 portions of fine noodles, mix 1 portion with a small amount of rice wine each time, 1-2 times a day, for 5-7 doses.
