I always feel like I have to pee

Urine is mainly formed by excess water in the human body, and urine not only passes through the human gastrointestinal system, it also passes through the human urinary system. There is an organ in the urinary system called the bladder, which is responsible for storing urine when you feel the urge to urinate. However, there is a phenomenon in the bladder system that some people always feel bloated but do not produce much urine. What is going on?

1. What is the problem of urinary swelling but not much urine?

Urinary distress but not enough urine is a symptom of urethritis. Urethritis is a common disease, more common in women. It is clinically divided into acute and chronic, nonspecific urethritis and gonococcal urethritis. If acute urethritis is not treated thoroughly, it can easily turn into a chronic disease. It is recommended to check blood routine and urine routine to determine whether there are any infected lesions; use anti-inflammatory drugs in a timely and adequate course of treatment; drink more water at ordinary times, as drinking a lot of water will increase urine volume and flush urethral secretions during urination.

2. Symptoms and signs of urethritis

Fever with frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination; back pain, back pain with frequent urination, urgency, and pain during urination; frequent urination,

Urgent and painful urination; hematuria, hematuria accompanied by dysuria and pyuria. Frequent urination, burning pain during urination and hematuria. In the acute phase, men may have urethral secretions, which are mucous at first and then have a large amount of purulent secretions. Women have less secretions. When it becomes chronic, it manifests as urethral stinging and discomfort during urination. The urethral secretions decrease and become a thin serous substance. During acute attacks, there is dull pain in the suprapubic area and perineum, and the urethral opening is red and has secretions. In addition to the medical history and physical signs, the diagnosis of urethritis requires urethral secretion smear examination or bacteria, mycoplasma culture to identify the pathogenic bacteria. The diagnosis of urethritis is not difficult, but attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment of the primary disease and related diseases. If the male patient has no urethral secretions, the three-cup test should be performed (i.e., for anterior urethritis, the first cup of urine is turbid with a large number of pus cells and white blood cells, and the second and third cups are clear; for posterior urethritis, the first and third cups are turbid with a large number of pus cells and white blood cells, and the second cup is clear). In the acute stage, instrumental examination of the urethra is avoided. Chronic urethritis requires urethrocystoscopy to clarify the cause of the disease. Sometimes a metal urethral probe can be used to test whether there is stenosis in the urethra, and urethrography can be performed when necessary.
