Who are the high-risk groups for esophageal cancer?

The high-risk groups for esophageal cancer mainly refer to the following six types of people:

(1) Digestive system symptoms;

(2) Family history of esophageal cancer or gastric cancer;

(3) Patients with severe growth of esophageal mucosal epithelium or esophagitis were found in the previous initial screening;

(4) Those with unexplained positive esophageal or gastric occult blood test;

(5) People who smoke, smoke and drink, consume fermented sauerkraut and moldy food for a long time, and are deficient in vitamin C, vitamin B, carotene, etc.

(6) People with chronic esophagitis accompanied by atypical hyperplasia (especially severe atypical hyperplasia) are at high risk.
