1. Endoscopic mucosal resection

This surgical method is more commonly used. It is a method of removing the cancerous lesion by suction or using forceps to pull up the lesion into a polyp shape, and then using a loop to remove the cancerous lesion. This surgical method has various specific operation methods, which can be divided into stripping biopsy, endoscopic double-loop polypectomy, local adrenal injection of hypertonic solution, transparent cap-assisted endoscopic mucosal resection and endoscopic suction mucosal resection.

2. Endoscopic submucosal dissection

It is a treatment method that uses a variety of endoscopic knives to cut the mucosa around the lesion and then peels off along the submucosal layer to remove the lesion. It is suitable for dangerous cancer lesions without lymph node metastasis in any part of the stomach and is easy to operate. It includes IT knives, hook knives, Flex knives, triangular knives, needle knives, etc. This surgical method can remove a wider range of lesions, and the removed pathological tissue can be examined to determine the degree of cancer growth, etc. Some ulcerative diseases can also be removed.
