Experts introduce the main symptoms of kidney cancer

The symptoms of kidney cancer are not easy to detect clinically. Patients with early kidney cancer are no different from normal people. Some even look healthier than normal people, which makes it difficult to detect kidney cancer in time. So what are the main symptoms of kidney cancer ? Let's talk about the main symptoms of kidney cancer.

In general, the main symptoms of kidney cancer are:

1. No obvious symptoms: Currently, more than 40% of renal cancers are discovered accidentally during health examinations or other reasons. There are no obvious symptoms or signs, and the detection rate is increasing year by year. Most of them are early lesions with a good prognosis.

2. Typical local symptoms: hematuria, back pain, abdominal mass, "renal cancer triad", the clinical incidence is less than 15%, often indicating that the disease has reached the late stage. Most patients only have one or two symptoms of the "triad". This is the most common symptom of kidney cancer.

3. Systemic manifestations: 10% to 40% of patients develop paraneoplastic syndrome. Symptoms of renal cancer include weight loss, cachexia, fever, polycythemia, abnormal liver function, hypercalcemia, hyperglycemia, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, neuromuscular disease, amyloidosis, galactorrhea, abnormal coagulation mechanism, etc. Varicocele or abdominal wall venous dilatation occurs in about 2% to 3% of cases.

4. Metastasis symptoms: About 10% of patients seek medical treatment due to metastasis symptoms. 30% of the first-time cases have metastasis and may seek medical treatment due to symptoms such as bone pain, fractures, cough, hemoptysis, etc. caused by tumor metastasis. These are all common symptoms of kidney cancer.

The above are the main symptoms of kidney cancer, I believe everyone has some understanding of this. Here is a reminder: If you have symptoms of kidney cancer, you must go to the hospital for treatment immediately to avoid missing the best time for treatment and delaying the disease.
