What are the symptoms of prostate cancer lymph nodes? What is the cause of prostate cancer lymph nodes?

Nowadays, people are very afraid of cancer because there are so many people suffering from cancer. So everyone should know more about cancer, especially some malignant cancers, such as prostate cancer. This kind of cancer will be found to have lymph node metastasis. Once the disease is found, it should be treated in time to avoid lymph node metastasis. Now we need to understand what are the symptoms of prostate cancer lymph nodes? If metastasis is found, it can be dealt with in time.

1. One-half to one-third to two-thirds of patients may have lymph node metastasis during the first examination, which is often found in the internal iliac, external iliac, retroperitoneal and supraclavicular areas. If prostate cancer metastasizes to the adjacent regional lymph nodes, there are generally no symptoms. When lymph nodes are widely metastatic, very few lymph nodes will be significantly enlarged, and blood vessels will be compressed, which will block the return of lymph to the lower limbs, and symptoms of swelling of the lower limbs and scrotum will occur.

2. Advanced prostate cancer may also be accompanied by spinal metastasis. If a spinal fracture is found or a tumor is found in the spinal cord, the nerves will be compressed and further development may lead to paralysis. It is recommended to go to the hospital for emergency treatment immediately.

3. If prostate cancer invades the bottom of the bladder and the pelvic lymph nodes have large-scale metastasis, unilateral or bilateral ureteral obstruction may occur. Patients should pay attention to the symptoms and signs of ureteral obstruction, which may include nausea, vomiting, oliguria or back pain. If there is a concurrent infection, fever may also occur.

4. In the late stage of prostate cancer, there will be symptoms of fatigue, weight loss and body pain. If the pain is severe, it will affect diet, sleep and spirit. The patient will suffer for a long time, and the whole body will become weaker and weaker, and even systemic failure and cachexia will occur.

The above is an introduction to the symptoms of prostate cancer lymph node metastasis. After understanding these symptoms, if the patient finds these symptoms, he should be hospitalized in time to avoid worsening of the disease and causing more serious damage to the body. At the same time, prostate cancer patients should have regular living habits and avoid staying up late to avoid aggravating the condition.
