2. Early detection, early treatment, regular census, all women over 35 to 40 years old, especially postmenopausal women, should have a gynecological examination or ultrasound examination every six months, which is one of the preventive health care for ovarian tumors. The subjects of laparotomy include: ① postmenopausal ovarian syndrome (PMPO), that is, the diameter of the ovary is greater than 10cm or the diameter is progressively enlarged by about 5cm when touched by bimanual examination; ② prepubertal adnexal masses; ③ solid ovarian tumors at any age; adnexal cystic masses greater than 10cm or tumors of 4 to 8cm in size during the reproductive period, which last for more than 2 to 3 months; ④ adnexitis or endometriosis masses, laparotomy is performed when necessary. During the operation, the retained ovary is opened for examination or wedge resection biopsy when necessary. Patients with high risk of ovarian cancer, such as those with a family history of gynecological malignancies, rubella before and after puberty, infertility or premenstrual tension syndrome, should be vigilant so as to detect ovarian cancer early and treat it in time.

3. Protect the living environment, improve the polluted environment, quit smoking, have less or no contact with talcum powder, asbestos and other harmful substances, change eating habits, do not eat food contaminated by mold, eat less high-fat food, combine meat and vegetables, reduce mental stimulation, and keep a good mood, all of which can reduce the incidence of ovarian cancer and other cancers.

Although women are at a high risk of developing ovarian tumors, if they understand the preventive care of ovarian tumors, they can reduce the incidence rate and prevent the occurrence of ovarian tumors.
