Anemic purpura

Anemic purpura is a type of purpura, which is purpura caused by anemia. This symptom is more common in modern people. If you want to completely solve the problem of purpura, you must not only take certain methods to relieve the symptoms of purpura, but also treat the primary anemia. Anemia can be treated in many ways. Here we will introduce to you the treatment methods of anemia!

1. Symptomatic treatment

Patients with severe anemia, the elderly, or anemia patients with cardiopulmonary insufficiency should receive red blood cell transfusions to correct anemia and improve the body's hypoxia; patients with acute massive blood loss should quickly restore blood volume and receive red blood cell transfusions to correct anemia. Different supportive treatments should be given to anemia complicated by bleeding, infection, and organ dysfunction; patients with multiple blood transfusions and hemochromatosis should be given iron chelation therapy.

2. Treatment of the cause

Treatment targeting the pathogenesis of anemia. For example, iron deficiency anemia is treated by iron supplementation and the primary disease that causes the iron deficiency is treated; megaloblastic anemia is treated by folic acid or vitamin B supplementation; autoimmune hemolytic anemia is treated with glucocorticoids or splenectomy; Fanconi anemia is treated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, etc.
