Seven-day fasting therapy

Fasting means abstaining from food, which also isolates the nutrients needed by the body and will cause the patient to become weak and powerless, so it is recommended that you try not to fast. If fasting therapy is needed to treat an illness, you should do it according to the doctor's advice. You should not stop supplementing nutrients or drinking water. Let us now understand what the seven-day fasting therapy is like.

Fasting, as the name suggests, means not eating, but drinking plain water. The stomach needs to secrete gastric juice normally every day, so drinking plain water can avoid hurting the stomach. The body also needs to replenish water. Mineral water is best, not boiled water, as boiled water has no vitality.

The shortest time is 1 day, which can clean the stomach and intestines and maintain health;

Short-term fasting is 3 days. If it is your first time, you will feel a little sad if you fast. It has a certain effect on detoxification and health preservation.

The intermediate fast is 7 days, drink only water

Remember, the first 3-day fast is not difficult. The hardest part is the first day. The next two days are much easier. The shortest fasting time is 1 day. You can do several 1-day fasts (each with a 7-day interval). Then it will be easier to do a 3-day fast (each 3-day fast with a 15-day interval). But after you have the foundation and experience of 3 days, you can do a 7-day fast (each with a 1.5-month interval).

This fasting can be done gradually and slowly, so that you can go a long way. More haste, less speed. I did the same, starting from one day, to two days, then to three days, five days, seven days, ten days, and 14 days.

It is not easy to have problems during the fasting period, but the refeeding period is very important. If you make mistakes in refeeding, the gains will outweigh the losses and it will be bad. It is best to have someone to guide you. In short, "refeeding" is the key to fasting.

Fast for 7 days and then resume eating for three days. The method is as follows:

Breakfast: Eat some pasta, you can eat some vegetables, chew them up, and don’t eat meat.

Noon: Eat noodles with soup, less oil, less seasoning, and some vegetables, but chew them up for easier digestion

Evening: Same as noon

After three days, if you feel OK, you can eat normally, but chew more. Remember, don't overeat. Even if the food tastes good, you should eat less. Also, go to the supermarket less often, otherwise you will buy a lot of food, which is very risky.

Also, during the period of continuous eating, it is best to do some gentle exercise (running, walking)
