Why is my lower body cold?

Many people always feel that their lower body is cold. This situation needs attention. It may be because there are some diseases inside the body. However, Western medicine is usually not used for treatment. In fact, many medicines will have a great impact on your body. Therefore, it is best to treat it through traditional Chinese medicine, so that it can be fundamentally improved.

There is an acupuncture point on the back of the wrist called Yangchi Point. It is the main acupuncture point on the Sanjiao meridian, which is responsible for the three fever systems of the human body: the upper Jiao, the middle Jiao, and the lower Jiao. The upper Jiao controls the respiratory function of the heart and lungs, the middle Jiao controls the digestive organs, and the lower Jiao controls the urinary organs. Therefore, Yangchi point plays an important role in regulating blood circulation and hormone secretion throughout the body. Simply by stimulating this acupoint, blood circulation can be quickly unblocked, hormone secretion can be balanced, the body can be warmed, and chills can be eliminated.

The Yangchi point is located in the transverse line on the back of the wrist. Follow the gap between the middle finger and the little finger down to the depression at the wrist.

When stimulating the Yangchi point, it is best to do it slowly, for a long time, with gentle force. It is best to use both hands. First, press the Yangchi point on the other hand with the middle finger of one hand, and then switch to press the Yangchi point on this hand with the middle finger of the other hand. This posture can naturally transfer force from the middle finger to the Yangchi point without the need for help from others. In addition, you can also rub the backs of your hands against each other with this point as the center. While the friction on the backs of your hands generates heat, the Yangchi point will be fully stimulated, thereby achieving the effect of warming the whole body.

Yangchi point can not only cure cold fear, but also regulate the functions of internal organs. It is helpful for colds, asthma, gastrointestinal diseases, renal dysfunction and other diseases. Together with Hegu point (between the first and second metacarpal bones on the back of the hand, near the radial side of the midpoint of the second metacarpal bone), it can be called a "universal acupoint" and is worth keeping in mind.

1. Use one hand to repeatedly rub the middle finger of the other hand to stimulate the autonomic nervous system, dilate the nerves and blood vessels on the soles of the feet, and make the feet feel warm. You can also directly massage the Yongquan point in the middle of the sole of the foot.

2. Arm wrestling. Its effect can improve upper body endurance and maintain high energy.

3. Hook movement. Hook your hands together, press one hand down vertically for 5 seconds, and the other hand bears the pressure. The pressure should be great enough to make the hand bearing the force vibrate, and press alternately with both hands 10 times each.

4. There is the Neiguan point on the inner side of the arm, on the center line 4 to 5 cm away from the wrist. There is the Zhubin point 8 to 9 cm above the inner joint of the foot. Massage them separately for 2 minutes.

5. Lie on your back with one leg raised at a right angle. Do not bend your knee and kick your ankle up and down. Then switch legs, 20 times each. Then extend your other arm and flip your palm back and forth 30 times.
