Pelvic posterior tilt and thigh valgus

Pelvic posterior tilt and thigh valgus

Many people may not care about the condition of posterior pelvic tilt, which is actually very bad. If this condition continues for a long time, it will have a bad effect on the development of your bones. For example, it will cause your thighs to turn outward. Therefore, you must find a way to treat it. At this time, you can strengthen your bones through exercise and adjust your previous bad sitting and standing postures.

Overview

The therapy consists of "1 core technology plus 6 auxiliary technologies". Among them, the core technology is "bone morphogenetic protein implantation" and the auxiliary technologies are "medullary cavity decompression, dead bone absorption, unblocked blood vessels, enhanced immunity, reconstruction and shaping, and functional rehabilitation."

The core technology solves the problem of fundamentally regenerating and restoring the necrotic femoral head; the auxiliary technology solves the problem of reducing intrabone pressure, removing dead bone toxins, restoring the spherical structure and blood supply of the femoral head, enhancing the absorption and growth ability of osteoblasts, maintaining the acetabular space and restoring the movement function of the hip joint.

Method steps

1. Capsular decompression: Use hip arthroscopy or our hospital's special release knife to clean the hip joint cavity, remove the diseased synovium, release and decompress the contracted joint capsule, and increase the range of motion of the hip joint.

2. Bone decompression: Under the accurate positioning and fluoroscopy of a large C-arm X-ray machine, the femoral head decompressor designed by our hospital is used to perform intramedullary decompression of the femoral head 2 cm below the greater trochanter of the femur, and the cystic cavity and necrotic tissue in the femoral head are cleaned until blood flows out, so that the nutrient artery in the femoral head can be reperfused.

3. Bone transplantation: Bone morphogenetic protein is implanted into the femoral head, and active artificial bone is implanted to provide effective support.

4. Shock wave therapy: Use liquid-electric or electromagnetic effects to generate a mechanical shock wave that can penetrate human tissue, focus on the area of bone necrosis, and promote the absorption of necrotic bone through a large number of focused shock waves to achieve the purpose of treatment.

5. Recanalization of blood vessels: We use Seldinger's femoral artery puncture technique to select the internal and external femoral circumflex arteries, take obturator artery angiography and infuse vascular dissolving drugs. After treatment, the blood vessels supplying the femoral head area become thicker and more numerous, and the vascular network becomes denser, which reduces the cystic bone necrosis in the femoral head area, promotes new bone formation, and ensures the blood supply to the femoral head.

6. Rehabilitation treatment: Use the special rehabilitation program invented by our hospital to carry out rehabilitation treatment and improve the efficacy.

7. Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine: Use the secret traditional Chinese medicine preparation of our hospital, which is also the earliest and most effective quasi-scientific preparation for the treatment of femoral head necrosis in China, to consolidate the therapeutic effect and prevent recurrence.
