Sjögren's syndrome is a systemic disease that affects multiple organs including the kidneys, nervous system, and digestive system, causing many complex symptoms. In addition to the common dry mouth and dry eyes, patients may also experience joint pain, fever, rash, hyperglobulinemia, etc. If the blood vessels are damaged, patients may also have ecchymoses and bleeding spots on the lower limbs.
