There are six meridians in the legs. They are the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian, Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian, Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian, Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, and Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian. The kidney meridian, spleen meridian and liver meridian are on the inner side of the legs, the stomach meridian and gallbladder meridian are on the outer side of the legs, and the bladder meridian is on the back. To put it simply, the three yang are on the outside of the leg, and the three yin are on the inside of the leg.

1. Kidney Channel of Foot-Shaoyin: Kidney Channel of Foot-Shaoyin, also known as Kidney Channel in English, is abbreviated as Kidney Meridian. It is one of the twelve meridians, with a total of 27 acupoints, 54 acupoints on each side. It starts from under the little toe, runs obliquely along the sole of the foot, comes out from under the Ren Gu, follows the back of the inner ankle, enters the middle of the heel, goes up to the inner side of the popliteal fossa, goes up to the inner and posterior side of the thigh, penetrates the spine, belongs to the kidney, and connects with the bladder. The foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian and the foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian are exterior and interior to each other. It is mainly used to treat diseases of the urinary and reproductive systems, neurological and mental diseases, respiratory system, digestive system and certain circulatory systems, as well as diseases of the parts through which this meridian passes. The foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian flows from 5 to 7 pm, which is the You hour. If the child is in poor health, when the child is three to five years old, parents can gently press both sides of his spine, from the head vertebrae to the lumbar vertebrae, to guide the false heat down. If kidney yang is insufficient, edema will be aggravated in the kidney meridian. Only those with strong kidneys can live longer.

2. Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian: Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian, also known as Liver Meridian. One of the twelve meridians. There are 14 acupoints on one side of this meridian (28 acupoints on the left and right sides in total). When this meridian is diseased, the main clinical manifestations are low back pain that makes it impossible to bend forward or backward, fullness in the chest and flanks, pain in the lower abdomen, hernia, pain at the top of the head, dry throat, dizziness, bitter taste in the mouth, depression or irritability.

3. Spleen Meridian of the Foot Taiyin: Spleen Meridian of the Foot Taiyin is one of the twelve meridians in the human body. Abbreviated as spleen meridian. It starts at the inner end of the big toe (Yinbai point), along the inner border of the red and white flesh, goes up over the front edge of the inner ankle, and goes up along the inner midline of the calf. 8 inches above the inner ankle, before it intersects with the Foot Jueyin Liver Meridian, it goes up along the inner front edge of the thigh, enters the abdomen, belongs to the spleen, connects with the stomach, goes up through the diaphragm, along both sides of the esophagus, connects to the root of the tongue, and spreads under the tongue. This meridian branch branches off from the stomach, ascends through the diaphragm, and flows into the heart, connecting with the Hand Shaoyin Heart Meridian.

4. Foot-Taiyang Bladder Meridian: This meridian branch starts from the top of the head and goes to the upper corner of the ear. The straight meridian runs from the top of the head to the occipital bone, enters the cranial cavity, connects with the brain, and then goes down to the neck, where it intersects at the Dazhui point. It then divides into left and right sides and runs along the inner side of the shoulder blade and both sides of the spine to the waist, enters the muscles on both sides of the spine, goes deep into the body cavity, connects with the kidneys, and belongs to the bladder. A branch of this meridian branches out from the waist, descends along both sides of the spine, passes through the buttocks, and descends from the outer edge of the back of the thigh to the popliteal fossa. Another branch runs from the nape of the neck, passes through the inner side of the scapula, and goes down along the spine from the Fufen point to the hip joint, passes through the posterior side of the thigh to the popliteal fossa to meet the previous branch, then goes down through the gastrocnemius muscle, exits behind the lateral malleolus, along the lateral edge of the dorsum of the foot to the lateral end of the little toe, and connects with the foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian.

5. The Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian: The Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian, also known as the Gallbladder Meridian, is one of the twelve meridians in the human body. It has a total of 44 acupoints. The original acupoint is Qiuxu acupoint, and the collateral acupoint is Guangming acupoint. Shaoyang is the meridian where Yang energy is initially born, so it can treat fever. It mainly occurs below the foot, and its nature is between Yin and Yang Ming. The location of the Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian: The Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian starts at the Tongziliao point and ends at the Zuqiaoyin point, with 44 points on each side.

6. Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming: The Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming is one of the twelve meridians in the human body. Abbreviated as stomach meridian. There are 45 acupoints on one side of this meridian (a total of 90 acupoints on the left and right sides are combined with the extreme of heaven, which corresponds to the meaning of earth giving birth to gold. The stomach belongs to earth, 45 belongs to gold, and 90 belongs to gold. It can also be translated as the viewpoint of meridians giving birth to acupoints), of which 15 acupoints are distributed on the anterior and lateral sides of the lower limbs, and 30 acupoints are on the abdomen, chest, head and face. The first point is Chengqi and the last point is Lidui. It is mainly used to treat certain diseases of the digestive system such as the stomach and intestines, the nervous system, the respiratory system, the circulatory system, and diseases of organs such as the throat, head, face, mouth, teeth, and nose, as well as diseases of the parts through which this meridian passes.
