Why does bile reflux gastritis make the throat uncomfortable

Bile reflux gastritis is a common phenomenon in gastritis. The changes are mainly caused by the reflux of some substances in the duodenum containing bile into the stomach. These refluxed substances can cause certain damage to the gastric mucosa. When suffering from changes, patients will feel burning, acid reflux, vomiting and gastric bleeding. When suffering from changes, they should develop good living habits and adjust their diet.

Bile reflux gastritis symptoms

1. Abdominal bloating

Symptoms include abdominal distension and discomfort, a persistent burning sensation in the upper and middle abdomen, and pain behind the sternum. The symptoms may worsen after meals, and may be aggravated by alkaline drugs without relief.

2. Heartburn

There is a burning sensation in the stomach, and some patients even have a burning sensation in the esophagus, often accompanied by belching, acid reflux, nausea, vomiting, intestinal rumbling, difficulty in defecation, loss of appetite, and weight loss.

3. Gastric bleeding

Patients with severe bile reflux gastritis may also experience gastric bleeding. Some patients have black stools (tarry stools), and some vomit blood.

4. Vomiting

Due to gastric emptying disorder, vomiting usually occurs in the evening or midnight, and some patients contain blood in their vomit.

Dietary treatment for bile reflux gastritis

Method 1

In daily life, you should eat a light diet and avoid eating too much greasy food to prevent excessive bile secretion. Don't overeat during the holidays, don't compete with others in drinking, and try to eat less stimulating foods.

Method 2

Do not eat acidic foods, alcohol, foods that are too hard, too hot, too cold, spicy (including stimulating foods such as onions, ginger, garlic, etc.), pickled, greasy, overly sweet, fried, or quick-made (such as instant noodles) foods.

Method 3

You can eat more iron-containing foods, such as lean meat, animal liver, egg yolks, mushrooms, beans, spinach, celery, and poultry, but not too much. These foods help gastritis patients supplement iron and prevent anemia caused by bile reflux gastritis.

Method 4

Eating a little boiled soybean after each meal can relieve vomiting caused by bile reflux gastritis and can also help the stomach absorb protein, which is good. Method: Wash the soybeans, put them in a pot, pour in water, and cook the soybeans over high heat. No seasoning is needed.

Method 5

The milk tofu dish can promote protein absorption in the stomach. It is very good for patients with bile reflux gastritis. It is also easy to make. You can try it. Method: Put tofu in a pot, then add 500 ml of milk, cook over low heat, then mash the tofu, turn off the heat after 30 minutes, and eat it directly
