Tips: Losing weight and controlling weight does not mean you can’t eat meat. You can eat pork, but it must be lean meat. The recommended meats during weight loss are chicken breast, fish, shrimp, beef, and finally pork, which is determined by their fat content.

2. Strengthen physical exercise. It is generally recommended that patients with polycystic obesity run every day and maintain a long-term and durable jogging. Only in this way can the excess calories in the body be consumed. Because polycystic ovary syndrome leads to the normal consumption of energy in the body, extra exercise is required;

The general advice is: choose convenient and easy-to-do exercises, 3-5 times a week, each time for more than half an hour, start with low intensity, increase the intensity after adaptation, and be sure to persist. If you feel that you have a weak will, you can choose a sport that you like, which will make it easier for you to stick to it.

Aerobic exercise can help reduce androgen levels, while anaerobic exercise, on the contrary, can increase androgen levels.
